These terms are an agreement between you and [company name, registered address] ("Mosso", "we"). By using Mosso you accept them.

Your account

You need to be at least 16 to make an account. Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.

What you make is yours

You own the animations you make with Mosso, including ones you start from the library, and you can use them for personal and commercial work. You give us permission to store and process your content only to run the service for you.

The library and its free downloads

The animations in the Mosso library are free to use, including the Lottie and dotLottie files you download from the library pages without an account. You can use them in your own projects and in the files you export, for yourself or for clients, including commercial work. No credit is needed.

You may not resell or give away library items as templates, packs or stock files, on their own or with small changes, or use them to build a competing library.

The free tools

The free Lottie tools run in your browser and never send us your files. They are free, with no account and no watermark, and they come as they are: check the result before you rely on it. You need the right to use the files you open with them.

Acceptable use

Do not use Mosso to make illegal content, content that infringes other people's rights, or content meant to deceive or harm. Do not try to break, overload or reverse engineer the service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

AI features

AI results can be wrong or unexpected. Check them before you publish. You are responsible for what you publish.

Plans and payments

Paid plans are sold by Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record, which also handles taxes, invoices and refunds under its buyer terms. Subscriptions renew until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account; you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. See the refund policy.

Changes and availability

We improve Mosso often, and features may change. We will tell you before a change that affects a paid plan. We work to keep Mosso available but cannot promise it will never be down.

Liability

Mosso is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using Mosso and delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend accounts that break these terms.
