Pricing questions
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. $0, no card, no time limit. You get 3 projects, 20 AI requests a month, one brand kit, the free part of the library, and Lottie, GIF and MP4 exports up to 1080p.
What counts as an AI request?
Each message you send to Mosso AI is one request, whether it makes something new or changes something. Editing by hand and exporting never use requests.
What happens when I run out of AI requests?
You keep everything and you can keep editing and exporting by hand. The AI comes back when your month resets, or straight away if you move up a plan.
How does Team billing work?
You pay for each person who edits: $39 a month each, or $32 a month each when you pay for the year. Everyone shares the same brand kits and library.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from your account settings. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
Do you give refunds?
Yes. Ask within 14 days of your first payment and you get your money back in full. The details are in the refund policy.
Who handles the payment?
Paddle, our payment partner. They take the card, send the receipts and handle sales tax.
Can I use what I make commercially?
On Pro and Team, yes: for your own business and for clients. Library downloads from the website can also be used in your own and client work, just not resold as templates or stock files.
