Set up your brand kit
Your brand kit is what makes everything Mosso makes look like yours. It holds five things, and you can change any of them later.
What a brand kit holds
- Colours. Up to 12. Drag them into order: the first one is your main colour.
- Ink and paper. The colour for text and dark areas, and the colour for backgrounds and light areas.
- Fonts. One for headings and one for body text.
- Logo. An SVG file up to 512 KB, so it stays sharp at every size. It shows up in the Library tab, ready to animate.
- Motion style. How things move by default: calm, smooth, friendly, playful or snappy.
Make your kit
The first time you open Mosso, it asks about your brand. Try a sample, or choose Make my own and pick three colours, a font pairing and a motion style. It takes about a minute.
To fine-tune it later, open Brand kits from your projects page, or the Brand tab inside any project.
Add your logo: drop an SVG on the logo box, or click it to choose a file.
Inside a project, click Save to your kits to use the kit again in other projects.
In the AI tab, click Get my brand from my website and paste your address. Mosso reads the colours, fonts and logo of your home page. It uses no AI requests.
The five motion styles

| Playful | Bright and bouncy. Things pop in and land with a small overshoot. |
| Snappy | Fast and punchy. Snappy cuts, strong energy. |
Switch a project to another kit
Open the Brand tab and pick another kit. Mosso tells you that your layers still use the old brand. Click Apply to project and it updates the colours and fonts in your layers and says how many it changed. Keep as is leaves the layers alone.
More than one brand
The free plan has one brand kit. Pro has as many as you like, which helps if you work for several clients. On Team, kits are shared, so everyone starts from the same colours, fonts and logo.
